2. How we use it
- To build and adapt your personalised preparation plan
- To generate your readiness profile and Flow Map
- To send you WhatsApp nudges and weekly summaries (only if you opt in)
- To improve the product for future students
3. Where it is stored
All data is stored in India (Mumbai region).
We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act).
4. What we do not do
- We never sell your data.
- We never share your data with employers without your explicit consent.
- We never use your data for advertising.
- ceravio.app products are ad-free.
5. Your rights
- Access: request a copy of your data at any time (Settings → Privacy → Export my data).
- Correction: update your profile at any time.
- Deletion: request deletion in Settings → Privacy. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
- Opt out of WhatsApp: Settings → WhatsApp → Stop messages (or reply STOP to any message).
6. Under-18 users
- Students under 18 require parental consent.
- We collect parent email only for consent verification.
- Parent email is deleted once consent is confirmed.
7. Data retention
- Active accounts: data retained while account is active.
- Deleted accounts: purged within 30 days of request.
- Anonymised aggregate data may be retained for product improvement.
