• We do not promise job placement.
• We do not guarantee interview callbacks.
• We do not act as a recruitment agency.

Ceravio prepares students. Placement is the student's achievement.

• Sprint: 30 days from payment date
• Full Prep: 90 days from payment date
• Switch: 120 days from payment date

Access expires at end of programme duration.

• Sprint and Full Prep: 7-day full refund from payment.
• Switch: 14-day full refund from payment.

To request: email hello@pinegrass.in with subject Refund Request — [Order ID].

Or: Settings → Upgrade → Request Refund (shown within refund window).

Refunds processed within 5–7 business days.

• One account per person.
• Do not share account credentials.
• Do not misrepresent your Flow Map or Certificate.
• Do not attempt to manipulate the readiness scoring.

• Ceravio platform: owned by Pinegrass Technologies.
• Your data: belongs to you.
• Your Student Statement on your Flow Map: belongs to you.

• These terms are governed by Indian law.
• Disputes: Imphal, Manipur jurisdiction.
